Limits of Acceptance: Islam

Perhaps there was someone else who claimed to witness someone else killing his mother and the police did not arrest him because they are still investigating. Could we stand for what we believe and refuse to serve this individual?

Could we refuse to serve the woman who had sex with our father when he was married to our mother if we are sure that she did that?

Could we refuse to serve a group of boys who have just stolen a bike if we watched them steal from another? They managed to escape and ended up inside of our business.

We watched a group of ten boys vandalizing the business of our fellow. They have not yet been arrested because the police is doubting our capacity to see at that time. Can we refuse to serve those?

Islam violates the most fundamental rights of women in the clearest way as possible. Places like Australia and Brazil sign for human rights, what means that the entire nation supports those. Would it not be treason serving Islamic men? They definitely disagree with our declared and legal national principles.

They still arrive at our premises and demand that they be served exclusively by men. Would that not be sexism? Can they do that inside of our Country?

And if they cannot do that, but they obviously do it, would it not be the case that our violation of the laws are of equivalent nature? If they do not go to jail for refusing to be served by women, do we have to go to jail for refusing to accepting them as customers?

Going a bit beyond all this, we know that occidental women cannot enter Islam because they will be physically attacked, they may become slaves of some man, etc. In this case, could we not have reciprocity going on and refuse to receive at least their men or at least legally allow people to violate their rights and commit crime against them?

What should be the limits of acceptance and tolerance? 

Also, if the law forbids writings of that sort, it certainly allows for protests that be orderly. If the lady accompanied her refusal with a note of protest and explained that she will refuse to serve Islamic men until Islamism accepts equality between men and women, would she be accepted for then being classified as a person protesting against cruel regimens?

Ethics: of love, of family, of work and of religion

The human rights fights we currently have all over the world could be supported by creating philosophical disciplines and introducing them in the primary or secondary school contexts: ethics of love, ethics of family, ethics of work and ethics of religion.

It seems that it is all theory and therefore will be as useless as the laws and systems we currently have but school shapes our thinking. 

We would then be formally studying what is logical inside of those worlds: intimate relationships, families, work and churches. 

By deepening our logical understanding of all those relationships and métiers, we will be unavoidably supporting the law and common sense and creating ways to stop crime from the time of the plot. 

It is worth studying practical cases as well, since our mind does visit those places, inside of our memories, especially if the courses were pleasant, before deciding over our actions in the past, present or future. 

Perfect lives, perfect bodies, perfect careers, and careers that are priceless for the entire human kind, in Science, Education, Research, etc., are being terminated in the most atrocious way as possible, or changed into way less than what they should be, because of total breach of ethics, in all sectors, of all involved. Ethics is all indeed and let's forget the absurdity invented by a few; that we could have things such as an ethics of thieves. No, we could not: If a person steals from others, outside of their group, they can also steal from those inside and it is just a matter of scarcity and time and they will. We all know it is not possible to have an ethics of thieves. Ethics does imply elegance and elegance does imply compliance. 

It looks like nothing but we, ourselves, after studying such a view, started thinking that that was possible and therefore that they were perhaps acceptable (the thieves). We still have second thoughts in our mind about whether such a thing would be possible, despite the enormous amount of counter-examples we could come up with. This sort of thinking ends up destroying our morality: ideas like this shouldn't really be conveyed.

The International Website Number: A Life Saver

We now propose the creation of the IWN, that is, the International Website Number.

The IWN would serve many purposes. One of them is guaranteeing that our scientific articles be accepted by a larger number of journals when containing several references to websites.

Another is guaranteeing largest amount of chance for communication and rights: A few websites we have used in a scientific article in the past have all been deleted from the Internet. With the IWN, we would guarantee that those websites, as presented to us by the time we write our article, are kept somewhere accessible.

We should have the same processes we have for the ISSN and the ISBN adding only a bit extra: Each and every time a website is updated, the owner has to pay a symbolic fee, say AU$ 0.20, to be allowed to update it, since the IWN is assigned for life to the website.

The IWN of our first website was, for instance, 678888888. Now we want to update it for the first time. We then ask permission to the central of the IWN, which is obviously online, to update it by paying the fee with our credit card (and we then only allow this method of payment) and submitting the updated contents to their records.

When the credit is verified from their end, the system automatically assigns the IWN 678888888U0001 to that website, so that everyone will know that this is the first update of the website.

All versions of all websites get to be stored also electronically, the storage being distributed to several parts of the world, so that we can always ask to see that particular version of the website. With this, we could, from that moment onward, mention the website in our paper by means of its IWN, because that will provide all researchers with a safe key to hang on to.

This will guarantee that criminal evidence, ALSO in the case of violation of human rights, is stored properly and in a way that the entire human kind can come back to it at any time.

We know that human right cases cross many years without being dealt with. This would be of huge help therefore.

To give a good example, we had at least three websites in 2001 that mentioned cases of ex-CIA agents who claimed to have been victims of the CIA bug. Some of them contained very helpful copies of the X-rays of those involved, copies that made us believe they were bugged straight away.

Those websites have now all disappeared.

If we had the IWN system in place back then, however, we could go online, to the IWN authority's site, and request a copy of that particular website.

We then make the browsers only accept navigating through registered websites to make things better.

We make people pay only to update the website, not to register it for the first time. This being because the Internet has to be kept as the safest and quickest means of communicating with others.

This would actually solve a lot of problems with hacking: If people hack a website and modify it, then the modification will not be accepted unless they provide the thumb's print of the person who created it (we then suggest that computers come with a little rectangular scanner-pad to capture fingerprints). We can then at least track crime better if not succeeding in stopping this sort of crime immediately.

We also make it mandatory that the website be exhibited with the IWN always, so that everyone can refer to any website at any time.

This will also finish with illegal websites, say pornographic and criminal ones.

As another point, we could make censorship of sites even more flexible, since now people could use the codes to stop websites from circulating.

We witnessed a fellow academic  accessing porn movies during work hours at a famous university in Melbourne in 2002. This sort of abuse could be stopped by having the IWN authority imposing some restrictions to the codes that refer to pornographic material, say they all have a PO somewhere.

As another point, there are several fishing websites nowadays. Those would also be stopped, since now they could be made legally liable quite easily.

Besides all the advantages we have already mentioned, comes the extraordinary amount of new jobs that will be generated because of the new system.

Contraceptives and Equality

A few things are considered basic by all normal/healthy human beings. Among those: a partner, sex, food, accommodation, water (shower, drink, etc.), minimum space (to live in, to walk, etc.) and a job.

This is the twenty-first century and women are still treated as inferior beings everywhere on earth even in what regards the basic items of human life.

There is no Country(1)where women can buy contraceptives at a drug store without a prescription.

Men however can go inside of even a supermarket or a 7/11 shop and buy condoms.

The arguments not to sell contraceptive that be self-injectable (the USA now sells those) without prescription to women are outrageous.

Some people still mention abortion in those.

Well, if we invent that a baby in formation, or in possible formation, like any of the parts that are necessary to form a baby, should not be killed at any expense, then men could not waste sperm. In this case, they should also need prescriptions to buy condoms.

There could perhaps be a woman who injected the contraceptive too many times in herself, like one that bought more than one package… . 

Oh, well, can we not take Panadol as we please? Cigars?

Both can kill. 

We are with the Catholic priests in a sense: If life in formation is life, then even sperm and ovum count, so that we cannot let women waste their ovum or men waste their sperm.

Since both start producing those things when they are adolescents, perhaps we should worry about staying by their beds so that we do not miss their first emission and we can then save their first possible babies.

Oh, well, since romance and love may be the start of a baby, perhaps we could not let people waste that either.

In this case, perhaps we should keep a watch and, as soon as we notice that someone has that sort of interest for someone else and it is all reciprocal, we should not let any of the parties deviate their attention to another side.

That would also be killing the possible baby then (deviating attention when the interest appeared)?

Oh, well, if we accept that we may ejaculate and have an orgasm with no commitment instead, even because we may be quadriplegic or paraplegic and still ejaculate or have an orgasm, like we cannot possibly move to save our sperm or ovus, we may finally sell contraceptive for women in the supermarkets and 7/11s even when they don't have a prescription.

On this fabulous day, we will be able to say that men and women are equal in terms of at least one thing that has to do with sex (at least one is better than none).

(1) OK. Places like Brazil, for instance, do allow women to buy contraceptive without a prescription. Notwithstanding, they also do not sell the product in 7/11s or supermarkets, and one can find condoms in any of those. Both in Australia and in the USA, one needs a prescription to buy contraceptive and the product is not offered in 7/11s or supermarkets.
