Brazil never had head implants as part of their psychiatric options and stopped using lobotomy several decades ago. That is important because Australia still has lobotomy and head implants (external) in a few states. With this, CIA bugs may come associated with a narrative connected to psychiatric treatment and, because of that, the victim may never recover their freedom. We would have to beg those who see a person bugged in their head from inside of it to first research into the topic: Is it possible that the place where they are has mental treatments that involve internal devices/head implants?
This article talks about the end of lobotomy in Brazil: 1956 was the last year Brazil let people in the Country suffer this. The concept was based on stopping aggression via stopping sexuality. As we know, not only one thing has nothing to do with the other but people usually commit crime because they are unable to have sex, not the opposite: While sex makes people more content and integrated, not having it makes them more violent. Some psychopaths have killed for being unable to have normal sexual interactions with others. Sometimes that appears in movies. We couldn't find any text referring to head implants (Australia or Brazil): we just know what we said to be the truth.
